Just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s vibrant town centre, the villa is perfectly placed to explore an array of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs.

Bedrooms

1. Ground Floor: A double bedroom equipped with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. This room opens directly onto the pool terrace.

2. First Floor: A twin bedroom featuring bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

3. First Floor: A double bedroom complete with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The contemporary living area includes an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. A utility room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all essential utensils for self-catering. An island unit with breakfast bar seating for three adds a sociable touch.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace centres around a private infinity swimming pool that incorporates a children’s pool. Comfort is paramount here, with sun loungers, parasols, a cantilevered cushioned day bed, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a stone barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Mulberry 1 is situated next door to Villa Mulberry 2(3-Bedroom), Villa Mulberry 3(3-Bedroom), and Villa Mulberry 4(1-Bedroom). The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

The final 50-100 metres of the road leading to the villa is steep downhill and slightly narrow. Therefore, an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
