Villa Mulberry 2 is situated in Kalkan’s Kordere area, forming part of a cluster of four adjoining villas thoughtfully designed to offer guests both comfort and privacy. The villa comprises three en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite featuring a jacuzzi for moments of indulgent relaxation.

A private infinity swimming pool takes centre stage on the terrace, offering captivating sea views from different vantage points. The covered poolside space provides a peaceful haven, ideal for families or friends seeking a quiet escape.

Just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan's town centre, Villa Mulberry 2 places you close to an array of restaurants, shops, bars and beach clubs for leisurely afternoons and evenings out.

Bedrooms

1. Ground Floor bedroom: Featuring a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. This room opens directly onto the pool terrace.

2. First Floor bedroom: Equipped with twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

3. First Floor master bedroom: Includes a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom with WC, and a jacuzzi.

Living Room

The contemporary living space offers an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. A utility room is also available, complete with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils needed for a self-catered stay. There is also an island unit with a breakfast bar and 3 stools.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes a private infinity swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Comfortable sun loungers, parasols, a cantilevered cushioned day bed, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ complete this inviting outdoor space.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Mulberry 2 is situated next door to Villa Mulberry 1(3-Bedroom), Villa Mulberry 3(3-Bedroom), and Villa Mulberry 4(1-Bedroom). The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

The final 50-100 metres of the road leading to the villa is steep downhill and slightly narrow. Therefore, an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
