Villa Mulberry 3 is situated in Kalkan's Kordere area and forms part of a collection of four adjoining villas, thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and privacy. This elegant villa comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a jacuzzi for added relaxation.

The property includes a private infinity swimming pool, from which guests can enjoy impressive sea views from several vantage points. The sheltered poolside area is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a peaceful escape.

Located around a 10-minute drive from Kalkan town centre, Villa Mulberry 3 provides easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs.

Bedrooms  

1. Ground Floor bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This room opens directly onto the pool terrace.  

2. First Floor bedroom containing twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.  

3. First Floor master bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.  

Living Room  

The contemporary living space is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A utility room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide convenient access to the pool area.

Kitchen  

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. An island unit with a breakfast bar and three stools offers a casual dining option.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace features a private infinity swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool. Guests will find sun loungers, parasols, a cantilevered cushioned day bed, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Mulberry 3 is situated next door to Villa Mulberry 2(3-Bedroom), Villa Mulberry 1(3-Bedroom), and Villa Mulberry 4(1-Bedroom). The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

The final 50-100 metres of the road leading to the villa is steep downhill and slightly narrow. Therefore, an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
