The villa boasts a private infinity swimming pool, presenting captivating sea views from multiple vantage points. The sheltered pool area offers a peaceful haven, well suited to honeymooners or couples seeking a quiet escape.

Just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan’s lively town centre, guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs.

Bedroom(First Floor): Furnished with a double bed, two armchairs, bedside tables, a wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The contemporary living space is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, two chairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering needs. An island unit with a breakfast bar and two stools completes the space.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a remarkable private infinity swimming pool with a shallow section. The area is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, a cantilevered cushioned day bed, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Mulberry 4 is situated next door to Villa Mulberry 3(3-Bedroom), Villa Mulberry 2(3-Bedroom), and Villa Mulberry 1(3-Bedroom). The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 20 guests

The final 50-100 metres of the road leading to the villa is steep downhill and slightly narrow. Therefore, an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended
