Villa Pearl

We are pleased to introduce Villa Pearl to our collection for the 2026 season. This contemporary 4-bedroom villa enjoys a prime location in the heart of Kalkan, offering an appealing mix of convenience and scenic charm. Just a short 3-minute walk brings you to the Old Town, where a fine selection of restaurants, shops, bars, and the harbour await. Equally practical, CarrefourSa supermarket is also only a 3-minute stroll away.

Recently upgraded to an exceptional standard, Villa Pearl features four elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms and benefits from delightful sea views visible from its balconies. Inside, the stylish living area flows effortlessly into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Outside, the pool terrace includes a private swimming pool—ideal for both leisurely swims and unwinding in the sun.

Bedrooms

1. First Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

2. First Floor: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC.

3. Second Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

4. Second Floor: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The living room is comfortably arranged with two sofas, a pouffe, a walnut coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. Beneath the stairs, a utility room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay. A dining table seating eight is also situated within the kitchen area.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace is equipped with a private swimming pool, eight sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table shaded by a pergola, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
