Villa Sole Myra

Villa Sole Myra enjoys a convenient position close to the well regarded Lykia residential estate, just a 7 to 8-minute stroll from Kalkan's town centre and harbour. Supermarkets Migros and Macro Center, located on Kalamar Road, are also within a short 5-minute walk.

This semi-detached villa offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms and has been fully renovated to provide a tranquil retreat with impressive views over Kalkan Bay and the nearby islands.

Lower Ground Floor  

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a spacious double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and a vanity station. This room opens onto a private garden patio furnished with a large wooden bench and soft cushions. This level also includes a ping pong table, a separate WC, and a utility room fitted with cupboards, a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Ground Floor  

The entrance floor features an open-plan kitchen and living area, with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances such as an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, and a variety of kitchen utensils. A breakfast bar with seating for four sits in front of the kitchen. The living area is arranged for comfort, offering ample seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a PlayStation, a selection of board games, and a handpicked range of books.

First Floor  

Two bedrooms occupy the first floor. At the rear lies a twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double upon request, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a Juliette balcony. The front-facing bedroom is a double room with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with two deck chairs and a small table. Both rooms are bright, well-ventilated, and provide generous wardrobe space.

Second Floor  

The top floor houses the final double bedroom beneath the villa's eaves, with a separate bathroom on the landing. Sliding doors open onto a spacious balcony furnished with a sofa and two chairs arranged around a coffee table.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the villa offers a private pool surrounded by four sun loungers and two large parasols. There is also a double swing seat, a shaded al-fresco dining area, and a gas BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
