Villa Banu

Villa Banu is a recent addition to our portfolio and forms part of an exclusive trio of contemporary villas perched just above the harbour road. Completed in 2022, these elegant properties offer lavish accommodation for up to six guests across three bedrooms. Each villa has been carefully crafted to make the most of the stunning sea views and includes a private infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The location is superb, with the harbour, Old Town, and popular beach clubs such as Indigo, Cakil, Yali, and Likya Gardens all within a ten-minute stroll. Access to Villa Banu is via a private garage and wooden gate off the harbour road, followed by steps leading up to the pool terrace.

Ground Floor

Entering from the rear, you step into a bright and spacious open-plan living area. Immediately to the right of the entrance is a utility room with a washing machine, which connects to a cloakroom equipped with a WC and basin. The lounge is furnished with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a generous L-shaped sofa surrounding a coffee table, and two armchairs, creating an inviting space to unwind. The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, filter coffee machine, water cooler, toaster, kettle, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table comfortably seating eight, arranged with five chairs and a bench.

Also on this level is the first bedroom, a twin that can be converted into a double on request. It includes bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The wardrobe is stocked with an iron, ironing board, cloth airer, and vacuum cleaner for convenience.

Sliding doors from the living area open onto the pool terrace, offering uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay.

First Floor

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. The first double bedroom, to the left of the staircase, features a king-size bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. A small Juliette balcony with integral blinds gives access to the front balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a side table, providing captivating sea views.

The master bedroom also offers a king-size bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, and sliding doors leading out to a side terrace fitted with two sun loungers. The front balcony here again features seating for two, affording magnificent vistas.

Outdoors

The expansive pool terrace runs along the villa’s frontage, framing the bay below. This area is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, equipped with an infinity swimming pool that incorporates a jacuzzi section, six sun loungers, side tables, and two parasols. A cosy outdoor seating area invites quiet moments, while a dining table for six sits beneath a pergola nearby. Adjacent to the villa, you'll find a charcoal BBQ and sink for al fresco dining. For additional recreation, there is a table tennis table situated under the pool terrace.

At the rear, terraced gardens lead to a pathway connecting to Villa Arya above, ideal if both properties are booked together.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
