Villa Sole Tlos enjoys a prime position close to the distinguished Lykia residential estate, just a 7 to 8-minute stroll from Kalkan's town centre and harbour. Essential amenities are also within easy reach, with Migros and Macro Center supermarkets situated along Kalamar Road, only a 5-minute walk away.

This semi-detached villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, having been thoroughly renovated to provide a tranquil retreat complemented by striking views over Kalkan Bay and the nearby islands.

Lower Ground Floor  

On the lower ground floor, you'll find a spacious double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobe, and a vanity station. This room opens onto a private garden patio, furnished with a large wooden bench and soft cushions for added comfort. The floor also features a ping pong table, a separate WC, and a utility room fitted with cupboards, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

Ground Floor  

The entrance level is dedicated to an open-plan kitchen and living area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace, allowing natural light to fill the space. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, and an assortment of utensils. A breakfast bar with seating for four faces the kitchen, while the living space offers plenty of seating, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a PlayStation, a selection of board games, and a carefully chosen library to unwind with.

First Floor  

Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. At the rear, a twin bedroom can be converted into a double on request, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a Juliette balcony. The front bedroom is a double room with its own en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the sea, equipped with two deck chairs and a small table. Both rooms are airy, bright, and provide ample wardrobe space.

Second Floor  

The top floor contains the final double bedroom, set beneath the villa’s eaves, alongside a separate bathroom on the landing. Sliding doors open onto a generous balcony furnished with a sofa and two chairs arranged around a coffee table, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the surroundings.

Terrace and Pool

The villa boasts a private pool surrounded by four sun loungers and two large parasols. A double swing seat sits nearby, while a shaded al-fresco dining area with a BBQ provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
