Villa Sunrise is located in Kalkan’s Kordere district, offering a tranquil retreat. This elegant property features three en-suite bedrooms, including one with a jacuzzi bath. Outside, a private infinity pool awaits, surrounded by a generous terrace ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining. From various points around the villa, uninterrupted sea views enhance the serene atmosphere.

Just a 7-8 minute drive brings you to Kalkan’s Old Town, with its array of restaurants and shops close at hand.

Bedrooms

1. Ground Floor: A double bedroom complete with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. First Floor: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. First Floor: Double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bath and WC.

Living Room

The refined living area is furnished with three comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. A utility room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob and all essential utensils for self-catering. A dining table seats six guests comfortably.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace presents a striking private infinity swimming pool, accompanied by sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a dining table for al fresco meals, and a built-in barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The last 100 - 200 metres of the route to the villa is a concrete slope, so an SUV is recommended
