Villa Sunshine

Villa Sunshine is located in the tranquil Kordere area of Kalkan, offering serene and comfortable accommodation. This villa features three en-suite bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged for privacy and convenience.

A private infinity pool takes centre stage, surrounded by a generous outdoor space designed for both sunbathing and dining al fresco. From several vantage points around the property, guests can enjoy expansive sea views that enhance the peaceful atmosphere.

The villa lies approximately a 7-8 minute drive from Kalkan’s Old Town, where an array of restaurants and shops await.

Bedrooms

Living Room

The spacious living room includes three comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. A utility room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all essential utensils for self-catering. A dining table seats six guests comfortably.

Terrace and Pool

The outdoor terrace features a private infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is a seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are managed by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

For larger groups wishing to stay close together, Villa Sunshine is situated next door to Villa Sunrise

The last 100 - 200 metres of the route to the villa is a concrete slope, so an SUV is recommended
