Villa Yana is one of a pair of elegant neighbouring homes set in the Ortaalan district of Kalkan. This villa commands sweeping sea views and comes complete with an impressive selection of facilities including a sauna, hammam, gym, cinema room, pool table, heated indoor pool, and a private outdoor pool. Within the property, four stylishly furnished en-suite bedrooms await; three are situated on the first floor, while the fourth lies on the lower ground floor alongside the spa area. The first-floor bedrooms share a generous sea-facing terrace with a sunken jacuzzi, providing an idyllic spot to unwind and soak up the panoramic vistas.

Designed in a contemporary avant-garde style, Villa Yana offers every comfort for a luxurious stay. Outside, sunbathing and relaxation areas are perfect for savouring the warm Kalkan sunshine. The villa is conveniently located just a 20 minute stroll or a brief 5 minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre.

Living Room

The avant-garde living room features a comfortable sofa set, coffee tables, air conditioning, a TV unit with a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV, and complimentary internet. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The sleek, fully integrated kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dining table for eight, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive pool terrace boasts a private swimming pool equipped with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, a covered al fresco dining area, and a BBQ. The indoor pool measures 3 metres wide, 7 metres long, and 1.4 metres deep.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The villa's indoor pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. This service must be arranged in advance, with pricing confirmed at the time of booking.
