Villa Zafira

Situated in Kalkan's Ortaalan area, Villa Zafira offers a superb balance of location and privacy for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, including a double bedroom complete with a jacuzzi. A downstairs cloakroom is also available. 

Inside, the décor is modern and inviting, featuring a fully equipped kitchen alongside a dining area designed for relaxed meals. Outside, the generous sun terrace provides ample space to unwind, centred around a private salt water swimming pool. Guests can enjoy sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, a BBQ, and even a table tennis table. Kalkan town centre is within a 15-20 minute stroll or just a 3-4 minute taxi ride, while the Migros supermarket is easily reached on foot in around 10-15 minutes.

Bedrooms

1. First floor, the master bedroom offers a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. French doors open onto a half-moon-shaped balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

2. First floor, the second bedroom includes twin beds, a bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. This room has access to another balcony, complete with two chairs and a table.

3. Second/Roof floor, he third bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with WC. Along one wall are cupboard units and a lockable safe. Doors lead out to an expansive half-moon-shaped terrace, furnished with two sun loungers and a large seating area with table—ideal for enjoying the sunshine in comfort.

Living Room

A welcoming living room includes a cosy L-shaped sofa, coffee table, air conditioning, fireplace, dining table, flat-screen smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The utility room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide effortless access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, air fryer, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace centres on a private salt water swimming pool, accompanied by table tennis, sun loungers, parasols, a swinging egg chair, pergola-shaded outdoor seating and dining areas, plus a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
