Villa Clara

We are delighted to introduce Villa Clara to our portfolio. This villa is one of three striking residences perched above the harbour road in a coveted spot. Completed in 2022, these contemporary homes offer refined accommodation for up to six guests across three bedrooms. Each villa has been carefully crafted to capture the sweeping sea vistas, with an infinity pool that includes an integrated jacuzzi to enhance the experience. Just a ten-minute stroll from the harbour, Old Town, and popular beach clubs such as Indigo, Cakil, Yali, and Likya Gardens, Villa Clara enjoys a superb location. Access is via a private garage and a wooden gate off the harbour road, with steps ascending to the pool terrace.

Ground Floor

Entering from the rear, you step into a bright, open-plan living space. To the right of the entrance lies a utility area with a washing machine, which connects to a cloakroom featuring a WC and basin. The lounge is furnished with a wall-mounted Smart TV, a generous L-shaped sofa surrounding a coffee table, and two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, filter coffee machine, water cooler, toaster, kettle, and a breakfast bar with three stools. A dining table seats eight comfortably, combining five chairs with a bench.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom, a twin room that can be converted into a double on request. It comes with bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The wardrobe contains an iron, ironing board, cloth airer, and vacuum cleaner.

First Floor

Two further bedrooms occupy the upper floor. To the left of the stairs, the first double bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. A small Juliette balcony, accessed via glass doors with integral blinds, leads out onto the front balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a side table, offering stunning sea views.

The master bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a jacuzzi bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors open onto a side terrace equipped with two sun loungers, while the front balcony, with two chairs and a side table, commands magnificent views.

Outdoors

The expansive pool terrace stretches across the front of the villa, overlooking the bay and providing multiple spaces for relaxation and entertaining. The terrace features an infinity swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section, six sun loungers with side tables, two parasols, and a cosy outdoor seating area. Dining alfresco is a pleasure here, with a table and six chairs sheltered beneath a pergola. A charcoal BBQ and sink are conveniently positioned nearby. Beneath the pool terrace, there is also a table tennis area for leisurely matches.

At the rear, terraced gardens add to the peaceful setting. A small side gate by the front steps offers access to Villa Banu; when both properties are booked together, this gate can be unlocked to connect the two.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
