Villa Indigo Kas is a gorgeous, contemporary detached villa with stunning views of the Mediterranean and the quaint Greek island of Meis. It is located in a unique location on the exclusive Kas Peninsula with totally uninterrupted views of the azure sea. These breathtaking vistas and magnificent sunsets can be enjoyed while lazing on your sunbeds on the large terrace or relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool. The interior is bright and airy, with sliding doors and windows flooding the space with light and perfectly framing the stunning sea views. Three bedrooms are located in the main duplex villa, and two are in an adjoining apartment, separating the property into two sections. It is perfect for groups of friends or families travelling together because it can accommodate 10 people while still offering extra privacy if preferred.
The centre of Kas, where you may enjoy delectable food and drinks at one of the numerous restaurants and bars, browse the stores, or partake in one of the enormous variety of activities offered in and around Kas, is just a 5-minute drive away despite the quiet and tranquility of the peninsula. Take a lovely boat ride, bathe in the Mediterranean, see some historical buildings or a typical Turkish hamlet, stroll the Lycian Way, or—for those who like more energetic pursuits—go diving, trekking, kayaking, or paragliding.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is bright and airy, designed in an open-plan style combined with the living room and indoor dining space. It features many amenities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, water dispenser and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Living Room

The sea view lounge area is an excellent space for entertaining and is finished in soft cream tones. This room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, LED television, satellite connection, free WiFi internet, air conditioning and an indoor dining table to seat 10. Off the main living space through an open archway is a second sitting room with a fireplace that is best described as a snug room. The pool terrace can be accessed directly through sliding doors.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace area is well equipped with outdoor rattan furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a built-in barbecue, scatter cushions and parasols. In addition to the built-in BBQ, there is also a large mobile charcoal BBQ. At the centre of the terrace is a large private pool with an integrated section with a Jacuzzi jet function, which also works well as a slash pool for more minor children. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. Pool Dimensions: 10 m X 4 m, Depth: 1,4-1.85 m / There is also a children's pool.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
