Villa Skylight

Villa Skylight Kalkan is situated in the peaceful Kalamar area of Kalkan, boasting unrivalled views and reaching far to the sea. This three-bedroom semi-detached property is perfectly equipped for a family to enjoy an active summer holiday. The outside space is charming and features a sizeable infinity-edged pool with a sun terrace. A small green garden space with outdoor seating and alfresco dining facilities is provided so you can make the most of long summer days and warm summer evenings. Villa Skylight has excellent entertainment amenities on the lower ground floor, which hosts two activity rooms. There is a well-equipped private gym with free weights, a bench, a rowing machine and a cross trainer. Adjacent is a games room which features an indoor pool table, a table tennis table and a foosball table.
The interior is finished with elegant, contemporary furnishings and a neutral colour palette, creating a calm and welcoming ambience. Three deluxe bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six guests, each with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have striking sea views and a private, furnished balcony. At the villa's top is a larger terrace area where you can observe fantastic, far-reaching views of the sea and mountains. Our villa is finished to the highest standard and has excellent amenities to keep your whole group entertained, so you will surely fall in love with Villa Skylight.

Please note: The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional fee of 2000 TL per day.

Living Room

The contemporary lounge area is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings so you can relax and entertain on long summer evenings. This room is complete with a seating group, TV, free internet, air conditioning, pinball game, coffee table, and separate WC. Glass doors provide easy access to the pool terrace, which is adjacent to the living room.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is fully fitted and ultra-modern in design. It has all the facilities you need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, washing machine, indoor dining table, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils you could require.

Terrace and Pool

To the front of the villa is a private terrace with an infinity pool and integrated shallow area ideal for children to paddle. The surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining table, a swing for relaxing, a table tennis table, a BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
