Villa Arden Ege

Villa Arden Ege has recently been refurbished and occupies a sought-after spot within Lykia Estate, just an eight-minute walk from the town centre and nearby beach clubs. 

Spread over three floors, this impressive villa benefits from full air conditioning and has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. It offers five spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and stunning sea views, alongside generous open-plan living areas designed for comfort and relaxation.

Outside, the terrace is thoughtfully arranged with areas dedicated to dining, lounging, and sunbathing. There are plenty of shaded retreats as well as sunny spots to enjoy throughout much of the day. The private infinity pool includes a jacuzzi section, creating a wonderful space to unwind while taking in the surroundings.

Close by, guests can access the Likya Residence Hotel’s spa and wellness centre, which features a traditional Turkish Bath. For convenience, the Migros and Macro Center supermarkets are within a short 4 to 5-minute stroll.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, coffee tables, and a sizeable flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for ten guests. A guest WC and a washing machine are also found on this level.

The first bedroom is a twin room with an en-suite shower, bedside tables, vanity table, and wardrobes. Both the living area and this bedroom open onto the pool terrace via sliding glass doors.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms occupy the first floor. Bedroom 2 features an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, and a balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table. Bedroom 3 also has an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bath, alongside similar furnishings and a balcony with seating.

Second Floor

The top floor houses two additional double bedrooms mirroring the layout of the first floor. Bedroom 4 includes an en-suite shower, bedside tables, vanity table, wardrobes, and a balcony with two chairs and a side table. Bedroom 5 offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, the same furnishings, and balcony seating. From the top of the stairs, a door leads to a rooftop terrace furnished with ample pink cushions for comfortable seating. This rooftop area is also accessible directly from bedroom 5.

Terrace and Pool

The main terrace extends across the front of the villa and is well designed with cosy furniture that invites you to sunbathe, dine, or relax in the shade with a book and a drink. The private infinity pool with an adjoining jacuzzi provides generous space for the whole group and is ideal for appreciating the views. The terrace is equipped with 10 sun loungers, 5 additional sun loungers, and a shaded outdoor seating area. There is also an outdoor dining table for 10 guests and a barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
