Villa Sole Sidyma enjoys a prime location close to the prestigious Lykia residential estate, just a 7 to 8-minute stroll from Kalkan's town centre and harbour. Supermarkets Migros and Macro Center, both on Kalamar Road, are also within a convenient 5-minute walk.

This semi-detached villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been fully renovated to offer a tranquil retreat with impressive views over Kalkan Bay and the neighbouring islands.

Ground Floor  

The entrance level features an open-plan kitchen and living space, where floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, and a variety of utensils. A breakfast bar seating four stands before the kitchen, while the living area is arranged for comfort with an L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted Smart TV, PlayStation, a selection of board games, and a thoughtfully chosen collection of books.

First Floor  

Two bedrooms are located on this floor. At the rear is a twin room that can be converted into a double on request, complete with an en-suite bathroom and a Juliette balcony. At the front lies a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with two deck chairs and a small table. Both rooms are bright, well ventilated, and provide ample wardrobe space.

Second Floor  

At the top of the stairs, tucked under the eaves, is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The final double bedroom and separate bathroom occupy this floor’s landing. This bedroom benefits from sliding doors that open onto a spacious balcony, furnished with a sofa and two chairs arranged around a coffee table.

Terrace and Pool

The villa offers a private pool surrounded by four sun loungers and two large parasols. A double swing seat and a shaded al-fresco dining area with a BBQ complete the inviting outdoor space.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
