Villa Likya Ege

Villa Likya Ege is a thoughtfully restored 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom property nestled within Kalkan’s Lykia Estate. It offers a private swimming pool and a roof terrace that presents some of the most captivating views across Kalkan Bay. Thanks to its excellent position, the villa is just a seven-minute stroll from the town centre, granting easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars. For everyday essentials, supermarkets such as Migros and Macro Center on Kalamar Road are within a convenient four to five-minute walk.

Ground Floor

Passing through an arched gateway with an intercom system, guests follow a path leading to the villa’s entrance door, discreetly placed on the side of the house within a mature, walled garden.

Inside, the upper level of the open-plan living space reveals a kitchen centred around a practical island. This flows seamlessly into a circular glass dining table with seating for six. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, built-in microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, water cooler, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering.

Several steps down, a chaise longue sits alongside two ‘bubble’ armchairs arranged around a coffee table. Above the feature fireplace, a Smart TV is mounted on the wall.

Beneath the staircase, there is a shower room with a WC and basin, and next to it, a cupboard housing a washing machine for guests’ use.

First Floor

Two double bedrooms are found on this floor, reached via a wooden staircase featuring glass and wood bannisters.

The first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. It also benefits from a rear balcony furnished with a sofa and two chairs around a coffee table.

The second bedroom is a four-poster double with its own en-suite shower room. This room includes bedside tables, a padded bench, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Second Floor

The top floor is home to the master bedroom, tucked beneath the villa’s eaves.

Here, a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room provides bedside tables, a vanity table, and a built-in wardrobe.

A glass door from this bedroom leads to the roof terrace, where enchanting views of the harbour and Kalkan Bay can be enjoyed. The terrace offers a large L-shaped sofa, side and coffee tables, and a parasol for shade. A kitchenette with a stone sink and a small fridge completes this outdoor space.

Terrace and Pool

The villa features a generously sized pool with a step that eases entry into a shallow area on its side. Six sun loungers are arranged poolside, down a few steps to the lower terrace.

This lower terrace is furnished with a large parasol, a small two-seater sofa, and a larger sofa with two stools grouped around a high coffee table—ideal for dining al fresco or simply unwinding with a book and a drink. Steps lead up to a raised terrace by the pool, where a built-in cushioned sofa and coffee table offer views of the sea between neighbouring villas and gardens. A portable BBQ and a poolside shower are also provided.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
